My passion is helping others to feel confident in their own brand, and I want to help salon companies embrace their core values and express their "why" on social media.

I begin my journey 13 years ago at a Redken Academy where I was first introduced to Summit Salon.

Today, I am a level 5 stylist / associate educator at a Special FX - a Redken Elite Salon Company. As a shareholder in my salon company, I manage all digital branding and marketing.

My favorite thing about training other stylists is in being able to relate with the anxiety of putting your brand out there on social media. I have walked in their shoes - and I know what it takes to launch a successful career behind the chair utilizing digital strategies.

Three fun facts

• I am a mom of three boys, Michael-Angelo 14, Jordan-Danger 9, and Sunny-Cruz 7.
• I coach hockey, baseball and Pop Warner football.
• I was on Team USA for figure skating. I skated six hours a day, six days a week from the age of 7 to 19.
