Rudy Sprogis, PCC, PHR
Rudy Sprogis is an award-winning consultant with extensive salon management experience most recently for the Warren-Tricomi Salon in Greenwich, Connecticut.
Under his direction, this salon was named one of the “Top 100 Salons in the United States” three times by the editors of Elle Magazine.
Sprogis was recruited by the Summit Salon Business Center in 2012 and has since received a dozen awards recognizing excellence and outstanding achievement in his consulting practice.
He divides his time consulting with charitable work. To date, Sprogis has raised and donated over a half-a-million dollars for various organizations that work to promote and support (among others) domestic hunger-relief efforts and the environment.
In recognition of his humanitarian efforts, he was named a “Beauty Industry Hero” by the editors of American Salon Magazine.
Sprogis studied Leadership Coaching at Rutgers University and Human Resource Management at Marist College.
He holds credentials from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and a cosmetology license from the State of New York.
Sprogis is the author of “The Self-Reflection Habit…the key to leadership self-awareness.”
